What should I do if my jewellery tarnishes?

If you notice any discolouration please reach out to our team at hello@forella.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the piece. We will review your claim quickly and help you get a fresh replacement, no questions asked.

Please be aware that our Forever Guarantee is focused on the colour and finish of your jewellery. It does not cover instances of theft or loss nor does it apply to damage caused by general wear and tear such as surface scratches or chains that have snapped due to force. Any adjustments made to your jewellery by anyone other than Forella will also void this guarantee. For manufacturing faults such as a loose stone or a broken clasp these are protected under a separate one year warranty.

How long will my order take to arrive

All orders are processed and posted within 12 hours of being received. We use a tracked express service to ensure your Forella staples arrive quickly and securely. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched so you can monitor its progress right to your door.

Where do you ship

We currently offer Free Express Shipping to all customers in the UK. We are working hard to expand our reach so we can bring our non tarnish jewellery to even more locations soon.

What happens if my order is delayed

While we guarantee that your order will be posted within 12 hours occasionally delivery partners may experience their own delays. If your tracking information has not updated or your package is significantly late please reach out to us at hello@forella.uk and we will investigate immediately.

How to Start a Return or Forever Guarantee Claim

Refunds are available for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund your jewellery must be in its original unworn condition and in the original Forella packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings including The Ella Hoops unless they arrive faulty.

After this initial 30 day period we no longer offer refunds however your jewellery remains protected for life by our Forever Guarantee. If your piece tarnishes at any point in the future we will replace it free of charge. This ensures your Forella staples truly remain a part of your collection forever.

To begin a return for a refund within the first 30 days please email our team at hello@forella.uk with your order number. Return shipping costs for standard refunds are the responsibility of the customer.
