How do I take care of my jewelry?
14K Gold
Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.
Sterling Silver
Gently rub the surface with the cloth included in your order.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! Forever from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: The Forever Guarantee does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
Do you create custom pieces?
We're not able to build custom pieces at this time.

Free Express Shipping
We are delighted to offer Free Express Shipping on all orders in the UK. We know you want to start wearing your new jewellery as soon as possible so we prioritise speed and efficiency in our warehouse.
International orders shipping will be calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive
All orders are processed and posted within 12 hours of being received. We use a tracked express service to ensure your Forella staples arrive quickly and securely. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched so you can monitor its progress right to your door.
Where do you ship
We currently offer Free Express Shipping to all customers in the UK. We are working hard to expand our reach so we can bring our non tarnish jewellery to even more locations soon.
What happens if my order is delayed
While we guarantee that your order will be posted within 12 hours occasionally delivery partners may experience their own delays. If your tracking information has not updated or your package is significantly late please reach out to us at hello@forella.uk and we will investigate immediately.
Order tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 72hrs after placing your order.
